تیمچه یک بازار آنلاین برای خرید و فروش کالاهای فیزیکی است. کلیه فعالیت‌های سایت تابع قوانین امارت اسلامی افغانستان می‌باشد. ادامه استفاده از سایت به منزله پذیرش تمامی تغییرات احتمالی در شرایط استفاده خواهد بود.
2. مالکیت معنوی
تمامی محتوا، طراحی‌ها، تصاویر، لوگوها و علائم تجاری موجود در سایت متعلق به تیمچه بوده و هرگونه استفاده بدون مجوز مکتوب، غیرمجاز و پیگرد قانونی دارد.
3. ثبت سفارش و خرید
کاربر موظف است هنگام ثبت سفارش اطلاعات صحیح (نام، آدرس، شماره تماس و…) را وارد نماید. مسئولیت ورود اطلاعات نادرست بر عهده مشتری است. تأیید نهایی سفارش از طریق پیامک، واتس‌اپ یا ایمیل به اطلاع مشتری خواهد رسید.
4. ارسال و تحویل کالا
سفارش‌ها طبق آدرس ثبت‌شده توسط مشتری و از طریق پست یا پیک ارسال می‌گردد.
برعلاوه پرداخن آنلاین مکان پرداخت در محل برای مشتریان فراهم است.
زمان تقریبی ارسال و تحویل در صفحه محصول درج شده و بسته به موقعیت جغرافیایی مشتری ممکن است تغییر کند.
5. پالیسی مرجوعی و ثبت درخواست
برای بررسی و تأیید درخواست مرجوعی یا تعویض کالا، رعایت مراحل زیر الزامی است:
مرحله 1: ثبت مستندات (حداکثر ظرف ۲ساعت از زمان تحویل) فقط برای محصولات پوشاک
برای کالاهای پوشاکی: یک ویدئوی بدون وقفه از باز کردن بسته تهیه کنید.
برای سایر کالاها: حداکثر تا 7 روز بعد از تحویل کالا، عکس‌های واضح تهیه کنید.
ویدئو/عکس باید شامل موارد زیر باشد:
شماره پیگیری پستی روی بسته.
وضعیت ظاهری بسته‌بندی بیرونی (سالم یا آسیب‌دیده).
فرآیند باز کردن بسته و خارج کردن محصول.
مشکل محصول: نقص فیزیکی، مغایرت با سفارش، علائم استفاده‌شده بودن و…
توجه: بدون ارسال ویدئو یا عکس معتبر، امکان بررسی درخواست وجود ندارد.
مرحله 2: ارسال به تیمچه
مستندات باید از طریق واتس‌اپ، ایمیل یا فرم پشتیبانی سایت ارسال شود.
پس از بررسی، نتیجه حداکثر ظرف ۷۲ساعت کاری به اطلاع مشتری خواهد رسید.
6. موارد غیرقابل مرجوعی
کالاهایی که بدون ویدئو/عکس معتبر گزارش شوند.
کالاهایی که پس از مهلت مقرر (۲ساعت برای ثبت مستندات) گزارش شوند.
محصولاتی که بسته‌بندی یا لوازم جانبی آن‌ها ناقص باشد (مگر در صورت نقص اولیه).
کالاهای مصرفی که باز شده یا استفاده شده باشند.
و سایره محصولاتی که در پالسی برگشت و تعویض محصولات وجود دارد
7. ارتباطات الکترونیکی
تمامی اطلاع‌رسانی‌های رسمی از طریق واتس‌اپ، تماس تلفنی یا ایمیل‌های درج‌شده در سایت انجام می‌شود.
پیامک‌ها یا تماس‌هایی خارج از کانال‌های رسمی تیمچه، فاقد اعتبار هستند.
8. مسئولیت‌ها و محدودیت‌ها
تیمچه مسئولیتی در قبال مشکلات ناشی از کندی اینترنت، خطای بانکی یا تأخیرهای ناشی از شرکت‌های پستی ندارد.
