1. Introduction

Welcome to the Teemcha Sellers' Terms and Conditions. This document governs the legal relationship between you ("the Seller") and the "Teemcha" online platform ("the Agreement"). By registering and using Teemcha's services as a seller, you fully and unconditionally agree to all clauses of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

• "Teemcha" or "the Platform": Refers to the website and mobile applications managed by the registered company Teemcha.

• "Seller" or "Vendor": A natural or legal person authorized to sell products (physical or digital) through the Platform.

• "Customer": The end user who purchases a product from a seller.

• "Commission": A percentage of the sales amount deducted by Teemcha for using the platform's services.

3. Identity Verification and Registration Conditions

• The seller must have a valid legal identity according to the laws of Afghanistan (a natural person with an ID card/Tazkira or a legal entity with a registered business license).

• Providing complete documents (copy of Tazkira, business license, or company registration documents) is necessary for identity verification and account activation.

• The seller commits to always keeping their account information accurate and up-to-date.

• Registration for individuals under 18 years of age is not permitted.

4. Sales Policies and Product Listing

• The seller bears full responsibility for the quality, authenticity, legality, and conformity of physical and digital goods with the descriptions and specifications provided.

• Product listings must include accurate information, transparent pricing, high-quality images, and complete descriptions.

• The sale of any prohibited goods (such as narcotics, weapons, alcoholic beverages, immoral content, cracked software, and any goods contrary to the laws of Afghanistan) is strictly forbidden.

• Teemcha reserves the right to remove or edit any product that violates this Agreement or applicable laws without prior notice.

5. Taxes, Payments, and Commission

• The seller is fully responsible for paying any applicable income tax or government duties related to their sales, in accordance with the laws of Afghanistan.

• Acceptable payment methods for customers on the Teemcha platform are: bank transfer and electronic wallet.

• The Teemcha commission rate for each successful sale is (3% ( of the final sale amount. This rate may vary for specific promotional periods and will be announced to the seller in advance.

• Seller settlements are conducted monthly. The sales proceeds, after deducting the commission, are deposited via the seller's chosen method (bank transfer or electronic wallet).

6. Return Policy and Money-Back Guarantee

• The seller commits to providing a clear return policy and product guarantee.

• Main condition for returns: The customer is obliged, upon noticing any issue or damage in the received physical goods, to prepare a clear and uninterrupted video (for clothing products within 2 hours of delivery) or photos (for other products within 7 days of delivery) and send it to the Teemcha support team via their user panel. The video must clearly show the problem.

• After the video is confirmed by the Teemcha support team, the return process begins and the amount will be refunded to the customer.

• This policy is for physical goods. Returns of digital products, due to their non-returnable nature, are only possible if the customer is unable to download or activate them, and after review by the support team.

7. Product Delivery

• The seller is responsible for the appropriate, safe, and timely packaging of physical goods for shipment to the customer.

• For digital products, the seller must provide the download link or activation code immediately after payment confirmation.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute between the seller and a customer, the Teemcha support team will mediate and attempt to resolve the dispute fairly by reviewing evidence (including the submitted video).

• The final decision of the Teemcha support team regarding disputes is binding.

• Any legal dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and will be addressed in competent courts.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Teemcha acts solely as a service platform and bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of goods sold by sellers.

• The seller is liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from their activity.

10. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days' written notice (via the user panel or official email).

• Teemcha may suspend a seller's account temporarily or permanently without prior notice in case of a violation of this Agreement's terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
