General Conditions and Return Request Deadline

You have only 2 (two) hours after receiving the shipment (for clothing items) and 7 (seven) days (for other products), whether received by you or another person, to register your return request through the methods mentioned below.

 

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition. All parts, manuals, warranty cards, and the original box must be intact. The barcode on the box and the sales receipt (bill) must be completely intact and legible.

 

Mandatory Steps for Submitting a Request (Mandatory

 

Step 1: Recording Documentary Video (within 2 hours) for Clothing Products and Taking Photos for Other Products

Immediately after receiving the package, record an uninterrupted, high-quality video (for clothing products) or take photos (for other products) of the unboxing process.

• The video or photo must clearly show:

    • The postal tracking number on the package.

    • The intact or damaged condition of the external packaging.

    • The process of opening the package and removing the product.

    • The product's issue: physical defect, discrepancy from the order, signs of use, etc.

• Without this video or photo, unfortunately, we cannot review your request.

 

Step 2: Submitting the Request Online or by Phone

Register your request by mentioning your order number through one of the following methods:

• User PanelLog into your account and submit the return request from the "My Orders" section.

• Phone Call: Call our support number at 0797321321.

• WhatsApp: Send a message to 0797321321.

• Email: Send an email to contact@teemcha.com mentioning your order number.

 

How to Return the Product?

• Before doing anything, be sure to coordinate with our support team. Strictly avoid sending the product on your own without coordination.

• Place the product in its original box and then inside a second carton to prevent damage during transit.

• Do not write any address, note, or sticker on the product's original box. If necessary, write your explanations on a separate piece of paper and place it inside the package.

• After coordination with support, we will inform you of the shipping method and address.

 

How is the Return Shipping Cost Calculated? 

• If the issue is from the seller's side: (Defective, incorrect, or damaged product sent) the return shipping cost is entirely the seller's responsibility.

• If the issue is not from the seller's side: (Customer change of mind) the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. This amount will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remainder will be refunded to you.

• The return fee for the order is 50 AFN.

Non-Returnable Products

Some products are non-returnable due to health, security reasons, or being custom-made:

• Health and cosmetic products (perfume, cologne, cosmetics)

• Underwear and personal items

• Opened digital products (software, games, movies)

• Books and magazines

• Mobile phones and laptops whose seal has been broken.

 

Refund Process

After the product is received and inspected by our experts, the amount will be refunded within 1 to 2 working days using the same method you used for payment (or as credit in your user account). The status will be communicated to you via SMS.
