1. General
Teemcha is an online marketplace for buying and selling physical goods. All activities on the site are subject to the laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any potential changes to the terms of use.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, logos, and trademarks on the site belong to Teemcha. Any use without written permission is unauthorized and will be legally pursued.
3. Order Registration and Purchase
The user is obliged to enter accurate information (name, address, phone number, etc.) when registering an order. The customer is responsible for entering incorrect information. Final order confirmation will be communicated to the customer via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Orders are shipped according to the address registered by the customer via post or courier.
• In addition to online payment, cash-on-delivery payment is available for customers.
• The estimated shipping and delivery time is listed on the product page and may change depending on the customer's geographical location.
5. Return Policy and Request Registration
The following steps are mandatory for reviewing and approving return or exchange requests:
Step 1: Document Submission (Maximum within 2 hours of delivery for clothing products only)
• For clothing items: Prepare an uninterrupted video of unboxing the package.
• For other goods: Take clear photos within a maximum of 7 days after delivery.
The video/photos must include the following:
• The package's tracking number.
• The condition of the external packaging (intact or damaged).
• The process of opening the package and removing the product.
• The product's issue: physical defect, discrepancy from the order, signs of use, etc.
Note: Without a valid video or photo, the request cannot be reviewed.
Step 2: Submission to Teemcha
• Documentation must be sent via WhatsApp, email, or the website's support form.
• After review, the result will be communicated to the customer within a maximum of 72 business hours.
6. Non-Returnable Items
• Items reported without valid video/photo.
• Items reported after the specified deadline (2 hours for document submission).
• Products whose packaging or accessories are incomplete (unless due to an initial defect).
• Consumable goods that have been opened or used.
• And other products listed in the product return and exchange policy.
7. Electronic Communications
• All official notifications are made through WhatsApp, phone calls, or emails listed on the website.
• SMS or calls outside of Teemcha's official channels are invalid.
8. Responsibilities and Limitations
• Teemcha is not responsible for issues caused by slow internet, bank errors, or delays by postal companies.
• The customer is responsible for maintaining their account and password.
9. Changes to Terms
• Teemcha has the right to change the terms of use at any time. The updated version will be published on this page, and users' continued use implies acceptance.
